Innovative system minimizes downtime and failure of plant technology through predictive maintenance.
We have developed a modular system for the analysis of sensor data in maintenance optimization used for sorting and conveyor systems as well as warehouse handling devices. It utilizes the latest sensor technology for measuring noise, vibrations, temperature, current consumption, and video information. The collected data is analyzed by a constantly evolved algorithm. In this way, we can identify early indications of worn or broken wheel bearings, couplings, drive units, rails, and blocked wheels.

Digital efficiency enhancement for energy systems through automated implementation and harmonization (DES-4-Energy)
The DES-4-Energy project supports and drives forward the energy transition with the help of digitalization and artificial intelligence.
As part of the research project, we are developing an intelligent control system for energy networks that meets the diverse requirements of operators, users, and society. A range of parameters relating to utilization, price trends, production, and storage capacities must be collected and calculated in order to create optimization models based on this data.
Our partner Tilia is leading the research project. We look forward to working with the other project partners (HTWK Leipzig - University of Applied Sciences for Technology, Business and Culture Leipzig, ITM Management & Consulting GmbH as well as ENDIGY) over the next three years to conduct research and achieve relevant and feasible results.
